Mühlenkopf Ski Jump

Willingen / Germany

Around 150,000 visitors arrive every year at the Mühlenkopf Ski Jump to watch the FIS Ski Jumping World Cup in Willingen, Germany.

In order to provide the ski jumpers a comfortable ascent to the jump area, a modern, fully-automatic 'Twinliner'-type funicular has been erected. In addition to this, the funicular is also used for transporting all materials for the jumpers and the restaurant.

As a special attraction, the cableway operates during the entire year so guests may visit this spectacular jump any time they like.
